PREDEVELOPMENT- In July 2020, Life Assets sourced an off-market opportunity to acquire 503-505 South orange Ave Newark, NJ. The project will bring 15 affordable units and one commercial retail space. Construction begins January 2022.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION- This 76 unit project located on Springfield Ave, minutes from Newark's thriving downtown district will feature best-in-class amenities including a fitness center, and club room This is a partnership with Queen Latifah and BlueSugar Corp.
PREDEVELOPMENT- In November 2020 Life Assets purchased land from an off-market distressed sale opportunity and designed a 5 unit mixed-use building with retail space on ground level. LA's received its planning board approval in early 2021. The GreenHouse Lounge will sign a lease for the retail space and will bring a vibrant fusion to the North Newark Community. Construction will start in Fall 2021.
The land was purchased from the City of Elizabeth as a former NJDEP Brown Field site in November 2018. Twenty-three (23) two-family - luxury homes were completed within an 18 months horizon.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION- The land was purchased from the City of Elizabeth as a former NJDEP Brown Field site, located near Port Elizabeth. This will be a newly constructed 10,000 SF warehouse space.

A four-story mixed-use building consisting of 74,904 SF. Three franchises such as IHOP, Retro Fitness, Dollar Tree, and four Medical offices were developed.
